You say that you are exhausted and get diahrrea every time it’s really hot out. Ok think about this. Dissect it. Not drinking enough water throughout the day will leave you tired. You are likely not drinking enough water. You will get dehydrated on a normal day if you don’t drink 4 or 5 16 oz bottles of water. So you are needing a bottle or two more water on these days. You drink coffee tea iced tea diet Coke or whatever caffeinated drinks. Perhaps you have 3 or more coffees that day. The coffees are diuretics so you are induced to pee more so you need even more water. After a few hours the caffeine ran it’s course and your amping crashes leaving you even more down. Because it is so hot you may be eating a lot of ice cream perhaps for days in a row. If your body has any sort of problem with dairy you are now getting large amounts and your body has a hard time dealing with this increased load of what it has trouble dealing with. I have been living a ketogenic lifestyle for a while now. Along with that I am fully adapted to intermittent fasting. I eat during the hours of 12:00pm and 7:00pm daily allowing my body to fast from 7:01pm until 11:59am every day. That is 16 hours of fasting every day where my body is producing new and improved cells and using my fat stores to produce energy. This is not a “fad diet” or some kind of hippie lifestyle. This is medically proven way of life to cure disease and illness as well as removing free-radicals from your body without the need of pharmaceutical interference. Basically it is restoring your body back to the way God created it. I have never felt healthier. I sleep better I have not had an allergy flare up this season which is a BIG win for me since my allergies are terrible. I have not had a migraine headache for quite a while which again is another life changer since my migraines were debilitating. My inflammation and joint pain is gone and I am recovering faster aft

So I’m taking a break from tracking. I’m still going to be keeping a running total in my head throughout the day but as far as logging in every single thing I’ve eaten is triggering my anxiety and my ED for some reason. All I think about is what I’m going to eat and if my macros are going to perfect and of they’re not I’ll have major food remorse. I don’t like being this way but it’s just the way my brain is working lately and I feel like eliminating tracking every single thing that goes on my mouth. Not so much pressure maybe? Who knows. What I DO know is I lost the first 50 something pounds with keeping a total in my head and I did just fine. Hopefully this will ease my anxiety and my mind in general a little bit. I follow a ketogenic diet and use the "protein is the goal carb is the limit (20g net) and fat is is satisfy" approach..everyone ketos different this is what has worked for me. . I do not track macros or calories (with the exception of keeping my carbs under 20g net). I listen to my body. If you want to calculate yours there are lots of keto calculators online and it's based on your height weight etc . . I intermittent fast. I did not start this right always. I stopped feeling hungry in the morning after about 2 months. I generally follow a 16/8 (eat within an 8 hour window and fast for 16) but I listen to my body and eat when I'm hungry. . I incorporated excercise in October 2017; 9 months in but I wish I had started earlier. I switch up what I do all the time to time but at the moment I am doing a power (weights) class at the gym 2- 3 times a week and try to do some cardio
